The Project

Oxbridge Tutors, a boutique tutoring company specializing in preparing students for Oxford and Cambridge Universities, sought to elevate their brand presence and streamline their client interaction process. Having no specific brand identity or preliminary ideas, they entrusted the task to Voltaire, a company known for its innovative web solutions and brand creation prowess.

Oxbridge Tutors faced two key challenges: 1) the absence of a distinctive brand identity and an engaging website to attract parents and students, and 2) the lack of a direct, efficient communication platform for their clients.

Voltaire embarked on creating a distinctive brand for Oxbridge Tutors. While I was not able to find specific details about the branding process, I can confirm that the new brand was well-received by Oxbridge Tutors. Building on the newly established brand, Voltaire designed and developed a website that provides comprehensive information about the tutoring services offered by Oxbridge Tutors. The website is user-friendly, offering a seamless browsing experience with easy navigation. It alsowith Calendly, allowing clients to schedule a free 30-minute consultation to determine if Oxbridge Tutors is the right fit for them​.

To address the challenge of direct communication with parents, Oxbridge Tutors subscribed to Voltaire's chat support Add-on. This feature facilitated a streamlined and efficient channel of communication between the tutors and parents. This ensured that queries were addressed promptly, improving the customer service experience.

The collaboration with Voltaire yielded significant results. The newly designed website has seen increased traffic, suggesting a higher level of engagement and interest from potential clients. Additionally, the automated booking system and chat support have greatly improved client acquisition and interaction processes. Oxbridge Tutors' business operations have seen substantial enhancements in terms of automation and efficiency
